• Customer Service experience
• Parts shipping & receiving
• Inventory control
• Parts labeling/coding
• Display & merchandising is also a plus!

RV SERVICE ADVISOR | 5 Day Work Week

Job description:

• Meet & communicate with all service customers
• Create, monitor, and update service orders
• Delegate work to technicians from work orders
• Perform estimates for labor time and parts required
• Collect payment for work done
• Keep customers update about work being done

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Good communication skills both in person and on the phone.
• Great customer service skills are essential.
• Problem solving skills and basic computer skills are a essential.
• Experience with Excel is a benefit but not required.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in, or someone with, strong leadership skills.

Salary:

• Base salary, commission, bonus
• Earnings potential of $50,000+

Hours:

• Weekday hours (4 days a week): 8:45am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
