We had thought since we took our RV in without an appointment that it would be nearly a month before they could begin to address our concerns. But we were very pleasantly suprised when only after a few weeks we received a call that they had begun work on the RV. We were also very impressed that we received phone calls frequently from the staff letting us know the progress of the work. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Melanye B.
